Healthy Recipe

                    Refrigerator Bran Muffin Batter

This nourishing mix will keep in the refrigerator six weeks, making breakfast easier!  Spoon out enough to make as many muffins as needed.  Bake @ 400 degrees for 20 mins.  Serve hot or cold…ENJOY!

6 cups wheat bran
1 3/4 cups honey
5 cups flour (2 white / 3 whole wheat)
   * 2 cups oatmeal can be substituted for 1 cup flour
5 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1 quart buttermilk
